LAST WILL & TESTAMENT
of the Artist and Initiator of the
CULTURE CENTER OF NORTHERN ASIAN PEOPLES' ART

As a man of Asian mind, who cares for his belief, people and the nature, this testament I have written in knowledge of human's frailty and that my present life won't last for ever.
Being a believer in harmony and creative power, for seven long years by my family's and health's disadvantage and against all odds, I have try to establish what is written at the homepage of the 'Culture Center of Northern Asian Peoples' Art' in the hope that my fight and work will cause true practical results.
I gave all my power for the only dream and aim to give our northern Asia's nature, wildlife and First Peoples the chance to survive and to prosper in peace and harmony with everyone. My vision was to see all North-Asiatic countries and communities as equal partners to be strong and charitable in a future world.

All my personal and Shamanistical belongings, things of household, 'ger' and 'otok', stove, 'Landrover', trailer, English tools, kayak, hunt- and fishing equipment, antiques, multinational library, studio-equipment and artworks shall be given to my Evenk daughter Ajnana Grey Wolf Gurueva .
As for the material things which I have bought and collected to supply the Center's base, the shall be given to the Evenk association of the village Alla and those of the village Bagdarin in the Buryat Republic when both agree to finish the Center.
If such agreement won't be happen all things shall be kept under the control of the named Buryat advocate till an other association is found that likes to continue in my aim. The help to find such one could be given by the Russian indigenous organisation 'RAIPON' or by an equal Mongolian or Chinese one.
In case the N.G.O. 'Culture Center' had its material start yet and it works as written in theirs homepage and statute all things, except of the top named personal things, shall belong to the Center as long it will care for the education and training of my daughter Ajnana and shelter her. If it doesn't work this way my complete personal investment shall be given then only to my daughter Ajnana.
Being warned by getting over a very serious disease, in case I'll die before I made it to transfer all belongings to Buryatia all things shall be in an auction and the financial result shall be used to bring my body's ash to Mongolia where the ashes of one of my children had found already a holy place. That's in accordance with my belief in Shamanism and Animism. The rest of the money goes to my daughter and to pay off the active advocate.

This publicised document was done by testified clear mind and at the air-route of Hamburg, Ulaanbaatar, Ulan-Ude and is effective at all of these three places.

POSTSCRIPT

In reference to the PROJECT CULTURE CENTER my last will is: My western activities will find continuance in the assistance of the German Mr. Siegurd Steglich ('wo lassen sie denken - agency' / Hamburg / Germany) and my eastern job shall be managed by the Evenki Mrs. Anna Nikolejvna Delbonova (Evenk Association Alla / Alla / Buryatia) as long both agree. Both person have already the general authority of mine. Mr. Steglich and the German advocate Dr. Herbert Asschenfeldt (Hamburg) control and handle the 'German Bank 24-account of the 'Minoritätenhilfe Sibirien' ('Help for Minorities of Siberia').
Mr. Steglich and Mrs. Delbonova, both are legal entity and they have the right to delegate work and to receive help of all kind as long such will be useful for the CULTURE CENTER OF NORTHERN ASIAN FIRST PEOPLES' ART and they shall have the possibility to name substitutes of their own as much those stay in conformity with the statute of the N. G. O. 'CULTURE CENTER OF THE NORTHERN ASIAN FIRST PEOPLES' ART'.
Both person's address is noted in the General Address List / Partners, Co-operations & Sympathizers.
This document is relevant also in case that I get handicapped by body and mind.
